Our house is only ten years old but there are quite a few repairs that need to be done. Simple things like doors and walls needing to be re-painted, nail pops repaired, grout touched up, changing out light fixture bulbs (if you can change out the entire fixture, thats a plus) and possibly outdoor landscape touch-ups as well. This may well be a regular gig to start, working a couple of days each week until everything gets caught up, and then on an as-needed basis.
